TEAM FANCY AND THATCHER

FANCY
Fancy is a purebred Doberman Pinscher imported from Spain.  Her original owner decided to re-home her, so I got Fancy when she was about 1 year old. She is super energetic and a lot of fun!  She has some titles which include 2 levels of tricks, her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and another temperament test that exposed her to all sorts of sudden objects. She excels in all "rapid" tasks. She has done agility as a fun sport and which also exposed her to challenging obstacles. She has excelled in her yearly certifications with NAPWDA and continues to be a valuable asset to our Search and Rescue team.
THATCHER
Thatcher was my first Search and Rescue K9. Thatcher is a German Shepherd/Doberman mix, and is my "heart" dog!  We enjoyed a lot of things before joining and getting certified as a solid cadaver dog for SAR.  Thatcher has a Masters title in Dock Diving and was invited to the Eukanuba finals in Orlando.  Thatcher also has her Master title in Rally, Tricks and is a IPO 2 in sport. She has been certified as a cadaver dog for 5 or 6 years now and is nearing retirement due to some injuries. However, she still enjoys a good search and excels at buildings and vehicles.  Her favorite reward used to be a ball, which she still enjoys chasing, but also has a huge appetite, so a lot of treats have been added to her reward.
CAROLYN
Carolyn Tanner certified as a SARTEC II since 2016 and an active member of the SARCF K9 Unit with two cadaver K9's. A former racehorse trainer who has literally gone to the dogs; I needed something with a purpose with my dogs so got involved with Search and Rescue about 7 years ago and then advanced with the certifications needed through NASAR to be deployable. My dogs are certified with NAPWDA each year to stay current. I have attended numerous seminars for SAR activities and have accumulated many hours of training. We are well trained in navigation, crime scene preservation and courtroom settings.
