Every member of SARCF is a volunteer in the truest sense. They donate their time and talents with no one being paid or reaping any other benefit than knowing they did everything possible to offer assistance to their law enforcement partners who called them in to search and to the family and loved ones of those of those they search for.
The investment in providing personal equipment for both themselves and that of their canine team mates is extensive. In addition, SARCF's member combine to donate many thousands of hours to just honing their search and rescue skills each year beyond participating in actual sanctioned searches in concert with law enforcement.
